Playing as Celtic, Second Season!
Im looking to make some new additions to my team going into the 3rd season. I have a very limited budget which limits the transfers i can make, i have roughly 10mil and i want to buy a few players. Also i preferably don't like to go over 25k on wages for a player so if you guys know anyone who meet these criteria it would help a lot.
