Playing as teams that are not availabe?

I read this a while back about an old Football Manager, but is it possible? For example: Poland has 2 divisions that are playable, but has teams you play against that are from the lower divisions. How can I play as them?

you would either have to wait unitl they are promoted to a playeable league, or if that's not what you meant then go into the editor and enable the division so that they will be playable, although only in new games. unless someone else has made it already as then you could download the one they made.

Ahh so I can just edit to make it playable? Nice. will probably wait for someone to do it since I have no idea how.
