Playing Internet Game On Same CD

Hello,
I like to play FM with my dad, but I want to play on separate computer instead playing one of computer. So, is it possible me play via Steam on the same serial number as my dad playing on the same CD on his computer and play an internet game, but we both do have Hamachi.

So what your saying is can you both play on FM using the same serial code on the CD yeah?

If so, one of you can install it on one computer without Steam, but you need an internet connection which you have, and then you can still play. I'm guessing you do have 2 computers yeah?

It is yes, given that one of you installs via steam and the other via the Internet.
