I am managing Stoke, and would like to some-what emulate what they do in real life, which is hoofing it up to Crouch and allowing him to flick it on, etc.

What settings do you think I need to set to ensure that this happens?

Put Crouch as the target man and put Target man supply as 'to head' also make sure that your wingers and full backs have 'cross from deep' where as it would be origionally 'mixed' . Also, you will need to put your 'cross aim' on all players to Crouch... Make sure your CB's have limited creative freedom. Finally, make sure that you are playing direct

To add to this: play down the flanks in a Rigid Counter approach
