Playing with 11.3.1 patch on Steam.

I installed FM 2011 with Steam so it downloads patches for me, but when I come to start a new game it only gives me the option to use patch 11.1.0, 11.2.0 or 11.3.0, not 11.3.1 which is what I want as I think it may solve a crash dump that I'm having. Does anyone know if there's any way to select just 11.3.1 when starting a new game (when installed via steam) or if Steam has merged the patches 11.3.0 and 11.3.1? I ask because I'm having a crash dump and someone said that they only had the problem with 11.3.0, and they've been fine since they've been using 11.3.1. All the 11.#.1 patches disappeared at the end of the season (IRL) and I can only select the 11.#.0 patches, so if anyone can help me get/ be able to select the 11.3.1 patch again it'd be much appreciated.

11.3.1 patch is only for Mac users who uses Steam to play FM. Something to do with a new OS update for Mac or something.
