Simple question - how do I set up any one player to be the team playmaker?

Simple question - how do I set up any one player to be the team playmaker?

I know on older FM you could have a primary playmaker but they've taken that off which is really annoying I think the best way to do this would be to make your attacking midfielder an Engache but that role is only available for a "number 10"
