Please any help i realy need it

I am about to coach a new arsenal team i will really like to know who is the best person to put as captin (1) I will like a good training porgram for them(2) and some really good tactics for them (3) and i am right now coaching a man u team and the old arsenal one i find that the players will soccer like one or two goals and then stop just standing and watching the other team play. They will go twolove up and them stop scorring and them allow the other team get back goals. Is there anything I can do to stop this and get them soccering alot more goals please. is there anyone out there please that can help me please.

well when it asks you who to put as captain the person who is highest up the list is the best to captain the team.

as for training program search for - tugs training

and for tactics it depends just search for some good arsenal tactics
