First thing first
- Turkish Premier Division
- Galatasaray
- 2nd year at the club
Now..
First year, I never even looked what my both youth squads (U20 and U18) were up to as I knew they were belonged to a top flying tradition for their respective divisions. And They did well as expected. During that season I never touched their management setting at team setting. I honestly don't know how they were managed (only assumed they were managed automatically by Assistant manager)
Ofcourse, as I got the "youth development" bug on my second season, I signed couple Youth coaches and assigned them to respective teams (U20 and U18) from drag list of coaches at "team settings" menu.
Both teams' fixture are apart one or couple days and - this is critical - the two coaches are now taking some players (notably the hot prospects+promising ones) to their teams in their respective fixtures.
Guess what.. Those youngsters under the stress of two fixtures only separated by one or couple days getting injured severely and they are out like 5 or 6 weeks or more. The funny thing is I set every young player's squad assignments i.e. U20, U18 and whatever.
The bad part is when I load and de-assing (remove) those two coaches, the team settings menu doesn't offer no other option but either me (the manager) or Assistant manager control those youth teams.
The problem here is obvious: As stated at some threads, if I control them it will be a **** long season. If Assistant manger takes control, the same selection and injury problem will drag on.
