So I'm currently managing my local club 1.FC Nuremberg in the 2nd Bundesliga and things haven't been working out for us so far.
We're in a disappointing 12th place after 15 matches. Board expectations are to finish top half and the media predicted us to barely miss a promotion spot at 5th place.
We have only conceded 11 goals so far, which is 2nd best in the league, but I just can't seem to get my players to score, as we also scored only 11 in those 15 matches.
I haven't made any large changes to the team, as I felt it was competent enough and budget was very limited.
What lets us down, I think, is our inability to create proper chances.
