A tactic that works for someone else wont necessarily work for you.

Try your own and tweak the settings until you get a successful set-up.

Make sure you have a good training schedule and make your formation work to your players, not the other way around.

i had a very poor season winning on carling cup and finished 4th in league ok i won world club cup and super cup and charity shield but not good enough for me i would really appricate any help and recommendations thanks

I would go with an attacking 4-4-1-1 with high tempo game since you have fast striker. I never had Pato but Rossi is suitable on that. Also give your AML/AMR high creative freedom and also your AMC.
