Hey Ive been searching for ages through these paws and I cant find a post that give a training routine that you can download :: does anyone have a training link that I can download that make my training amazing please thanks

Best training schedule I have come across imo. I move all my youth players to train with the first team on the same schedule but make them available for the reserve team to get game time if they are not going out on loan. I hope this helps.
