I have had this issue a couple of times now and I was wondering if anyone else has the same problem?

I have the increased number of leagues thing and a couple other things added on. Does that make a difference?

This apparently happens when you have lower leagues in your game, There's no way round it except to start a new game.! (without lower leagues).
