Please help notebook/netbook users

Hello there im new on here and i have just purchested a new notebook,previously i had a laptop and had no problem playing fm for many years.When i got my notebook i looked around to see how i could play on my notebook as i have no disk drive so i downloaded stream and logged into my account and downloaded fm09 again everything was there showing what things i had done and how many times i had played it,but when going to launch the game it shows a messege game aready loading im running windows 7 anybody having any trouble. any help at all will be good ive seen a few things on here but not helped at all cheers

Have you tried turning it off and back on? I know it sounds simple, but its all i can think of
