PLEASE HELP!

Right ive been wanting to know this for a while now so i'd be very thankful if someone could help me out.
On the editor how do i get my players to have their stats all 20? I have changed Raheem Sterling PA and CA to 200 but when in the game his stats are 14/15. how do I get them to be 19/20??
Please help me its annoying me

under player data you have mental, physical and technical attributes. change every attr to 20 and thats it

I've done all that but he still shows up as 14/15

It's about the age. Only when the player achieves a mature age, he will reach the peak of his performence and reaching then 19/20 atributtes.

u have to increase their current ability as well otherwise it takes a while for them to reach potential via training/tutoring etc
