Hi I just found a great player and I only had to pay 20k for him and he plays in some unknown team in Belgium. He doesn't want to start negotiating with me for a contract any ideas why? Sorry for this stupid question but I'm new to this game, cant upload a picture :'(.

your standard of league and club is not suitable for that player, he is not interested in joining... win Cups and praise him will be the only way to sign him... good luck.
