Please help!

I'm currently managing Burgos in the Spanish Third Division. I have downloaded some training programmes of this site, but none seem to work. Nearly all my players of the Under 19's are not improving, they're even getting worse. What is the problem? Is it the players, the accomodation, not the right training schedule?

your club does not have the required training facilities and coaches to make any improvements on players! you only need to concentrate on fitness coaches in lower leagues!
