Please Make Me A Tactic

I am not good on making tactic.

Could someone please make me a tactic that looks similar in real live?

I like Atletico Madrid tactic when defeats Real Madrid 4-0.

I also like Guardiola's tiki-taka tactic when he was managed Barcelona.

Could someone make me a tactic which could win big (e.g. 6-0), Intense pressing, player moving everywhere, intense defending and tackling, good set pieces?

they are not really compatible styles, there are athletico ones and barca ones, but not a combo.
