Go for a 4-2-3-1
then choose a tactical style and use your wide players to full effect, play oscar as an amc and costa as the lone striker, fabregas and ramirez in deeper midfield and fabregas as the attack minded playmaker Hazard can wreck havoc as an inside forward...allow the wingbacks to go the byline and utilize the space created by the inside forwards
