Please tell me how to set up set-pieces!

No matter the set-piece, the opponent will score 8/10 times... I can "live" with the corner bug where the ball is "randomly" scrambled out of the box straight to an opposition player, who WILL score. But seriously... What must I do to limit the goals from throw ins/corners/free kicks?
