But for a more seriouse input, i recommend Sir Goalalot for easy plug and play, and if you want a challenge with a good set of tactics, go Unreal!

I've never had much succes with Sir Goalalot, but maybe i'm using it wrong. Which version of Sir Goalalot do you use? Because at first there were 2 versions (counter and favorite), but now there is only one version.
 
Goalalot counter. The favourite was inferiour so it got removed.

Monstrous v_11 is for me the most solid one of them. i have majore trubble with v_14 atm.
Unreal is the only manager experience out for FM2014, and i highly recommend trying it as it makes a whole new game out of it.

Tacticseeker, i'm a huge fan off TFF's tactics and have used these two a lot. Unreal is the best set tactics out there!

i'm waiting for TFF to make a set of Monstrous because yesterday he released a 'waste time' version for it and was working on an 'overload' version..
