I am not good at tactics either, but that doesn't mean you need a plug and play. Technically every tactic is plug and play. You load it into your game, build up the familiarity through training and game experience and you put the right guys in the rights positions. So, technically their is either no such thing as a plug and play, or every tactic is plug and play. Yes, there are those tactics that people create where you are recommended to have 3 tactics loaded and shuffle between them depending on home/away in the lead or losing, underdog or favored. You rarely come across those types. Everything else is "plug and play" technically: The tactic is created and there are no changes you need to make to it.
