ok after testing and testing and testing about every single strategy i came across in this forum not one even decently worked in case i started with a lower ranked team, they usually fail pretty hard because 95% of them are designed to be played as arsenal tottenham barcelona and what not

so took my about 2-3 weeks of testing and everything to come up with this tactic

it is a 4-1-2-3 formation in classic mode

its pure plug and play

as for results, as stronger your team, as better get the results, altough when i tested it for example on wolverhampton, without any transfers i came 8th on season end~ (just one of many testing runs)

ok all screenshots been played with the team as it is, no configuration of training schedule or buying any stuff or anything like this, just plugged in the tactic and set the match preparation accordingly..
