Just wondering if it is possible to use plug and play tactics in FMC mode (Classic Mode)?

Naturally. Plug & play just means that you use one tactic and don't tweak it and react to the opposition or to what happends on the pitch. But regardless of approach, you need to use Tactics created with the Tactic Creator when playing FMC.
