Right so after utter dominance in my Dinamo (6 Seasons) and Dundee United (11 Seasons) saves at the moment i feel like i needed a bit of a challenge to go along with these two saves which i will dip in and out of too.
Being from Penzance growing up i was always a fan of Argyle as they were the closest thing we had to a professional team even if they were North of the border.
Im not that big of an Argyle fan now but have gone to see them play quite a few times at Home Park (Best In the South-West and the crowds the 12th man and all that) but once they were in the Championship it was mainly so we could see decent players from other teams like Paul Ince at Wolves.
When i first started going they were in the old division 3 though playing the likes of Scarborough and our first 6 matches we went to ended in goalless draws before a 5-0 win i think against Rushden and Diamonds.

Right so thats a little bit about me and Plymouth who are currently in a fair bit of debt but pushing for the League 2 play offs in real life but they are known for selling all of their best players with the likes of Dan Gosling, Ashley Barnes, Jamie Mackie and Ebanks Blake leaving in recent seasons some for such nominal fees.

Right well the aims are to win the Champions League and blah blah blah best team in the world blah blah be the best blah blah win the Paint Trophy.

Good luck mate, being born in Devon, will definately be following. :)

Summer Transfer History

Players In

Right so i brought in a couple of players on loan but im not going to bother with screenshots for them as there only for 3 months and i expect to have a few of these over the season.
I also brought in 3 players on free transfers 2 are youngsters who will be backup players and were spotted whilst scouting the trial matches.

Dean Santangelo - GK

View attachment 399166

Cheick Kourouma - DMC

View attachment 399165

The last player i signed will be key to our success this season and is the legend Francis Jeffers!

View attachment 399164

Players Out

So i let a couple of players leave on loan and let one player go on a free transfer.

Promotion Odds

View attachment 399158

So were predicted to maybe reach the playoffs but i think that has got to be a must this season especially with the finances looking more than a little dodgy.

Well Jeffers is living up to his legend status as he scores on his debut and then gets a straight red for being a dirty *******

Jeffers Banned For 2 Extra Matches

View attachment 399154

So he came back at the end of the month from suspension and picked up a knock that will keep him out for another 5 weeks.

Unbeaten in the league so far with 3 wins and 2 draws as we get off to a brilliant start to the season with the only blip a loss to local rivals Yeovil in the cup but they are 2 leagues above us.

League Table

View attachment 399151

So currently in 3rd place but we have yet to face any of the big teams who we will be fighting it out with for promotion. Next month we will be facing another local rival in Bristol Rovers before the big West-country Derby at the beginning of October.

Player Stats

On loan striker Rubeun Reid has been amazing so far this season smashing in a goal in all 5 league games this season.

You presume right(H) Did bringing in the DMC give it away? Thanks for following mate but yeah the finance thing may kill me a little with bringing in players

Winger Jason Banton Out For 3 Weeks

View attachment 399023

September Fixtures

View attachment 399022

So we start the month with an impressive 3-0 win against local rivals Bristol Rovers before a bore draw with Wycombe. Purringtion is the man who has replaced injured Banton in the team on the wing and managed to score the winner against Scunthorpe but his goal wasnt enough to beat Accrington as we lose our first game in the league this season.

League Table

View attachment 399021

So we have moved up a place into second but it means little at this early stage of the season as theirs only 3 points separating us from 9th place

Player Stats

View attachment 399020

After a blistering start to the season Reid fails to find the net throughout September and drops out of the top 5 for the goalscoring charts but youngster Luke Young still tops the assists charts after some amazing form on the right wing.

WestCountry Derby - Exeter V Plymouth

View attachment 399018

With only minutes to go Academy Product Luke Young grabs a very late goal to win the big West-Country derby and help send Exeter further down the table.

Tyler Harvey Out For 6 Weeks

October Fixtures

View attachment 399016

After the big derby win at Exeter we go on to win our next 3 games with 2 in the league and one in the cup with Reuben Reid managing to find his goalscoring boots against Newport after not scoring for almost 2 months. The good times soon ended when Mansfield brought us back down to earth as we lost 2-0 thanks to 2 set pieces in a game we dominated in chances and possession.
We did manage to end the month on a better note though with Francis Jeffers scoring his second goal for the club after scoring on the opening day of the season with his penalty just before the hour mark sealing the victory over Portsmouth.

League Table

Top by 2 points! Now we really can start thinking about the play offs as im unsure if we can maintain this decent early season form but were 8 points clear of 9th place now. Rivals Bristol Rovers and Exeter are near the bottom of the league whilst Torquay are in mid table obscurity despite being touted for much more.

Player Stats

View attachment 399014

Right well youngster Luke Young still tops the assists charts but you can also see the other chart we are dominating is the red card one with 5 red cards in our opening 14 league games

November Fixtures

View attachment 398781

So this was my worse month in charge so far as we lose our opening 3 games of the month all be it two were in cup ties so im not too fussed about them but in the following 4 matches we only managed 1 win and a further 3 draws against teams we are fighting it out with for promotion.

League Table

View attachment 398780

No one can take advantage of our terrible form as we only win 1 in 5 league games this month but still manage to go into December top of the table. 2 points clear of second placed Oxford and more importantly 6 points off 8th place.

Would have never guessed:P Think we have been extremely lucky so far mainly that no one wants to take the top spot i cant believe we only won 1 game out of 5 in the league and stayed top!

Dec Fixtures

View attachment 398597

Well i was a bit surprised that we only had 4 games this month as the Christmas period is usually the busiest time of the season for most of the English leagues. Anyway we were in much better form this month facing a few easier teams winning 3 out of 4 games and drawing the other. Another local derby to start the new year as we face Torquay on News Year Day

League Table

View attachment 398593

Yes still topping the table 2 points clear of second placed Rochdale and 10 points clear of the first team out of the play off places so a shot at promotion is surely on the cards as our position becomes more stable.

Player Stats

View attachment 398592

On Loan striker Reuben Reid is second in the race for the Golden Boot with 11 goals already this season whilst Young tops the assists charts thanks to setting up most of Reid's goals

Great start, will follow. How many stories are you doing at the moment? It seems a lot!

Dundee, Dinamo and Plymouth! Dont really count the FM Base Team one as im not playing the save just simming the game, I always need to freshen it up a bit after a while but im happy to dip in and out of saves with Dundee now 11 seasons in and Dinamo 6 seasons in thought i would try a bit of lower league management

Winter Transfer Window

Players In

Well i only brought one player in and that was verteran left back Matt Lockwood who replaces young loan signing Morgan Fox who has gone back to Southampton after picking up a serious injury.

Matt Lockwood - DL

View attachment 398549

I think we are going to really struggle in the second half of the season as suspensions, injuries and fatigue start to hit our fairly small and inexperienced squad with over half of my first team squad under 21 and 6 of my starting 11 under the age of 23 i hope we can kick on and win promotion but i think winning the league may be a step too far.

Players Out

So a couple of players left on loan along with 2 other players leaving on permanganate deals one for a nominal fee as they just not getting anywhere near the first team.

3 wins out of 6 this month as we draw with Local rivals Torquay before beating Southend and Fleetwood 2-1 but yet again struggle against the teams around us as we can only manage a draw against 3rd place Rochdale. A comfortable 3-1 win against Cheltenham followed with academy products Young and Harvey getting the goals before a shock loss to Newport ended the month on a low.

League Table

View attachment 398507

Im not quite sure how we are still top?!? Nobody wants to overtake us at the moment, we have won only 7 games in the last 15 league matches yet still manage to keep the top spot. Were 10 points clear of 4th spot and are surely going to be playing at a higher level next season.

You're doing pretty well to be at the top with the amount of injuries you've had.

Thanks mate have been lucky that my midfielders know how to score and that nobody is dominating the league as we dont deserve to be top on our recent form
