PLZ HELP - HOW TO CHANGE THE LOOK OF MY INSTRUCTIONS SLIDER ???

I have just installed my new fm 2013 game with the newest patch update ... and after staring the game i realised my player and team instructions sliders look weird .. how can i get back to my 1 to 20 long slider bars ? . thank u
