Apologies if this has already been addressed, but I couldnt find anything in the Search. I'm wondering if anyone can help me out with putting points deductions in the game. I was able to do it in FM12 by simply editing the Nation Rules but this year it seems much more complicated to do so. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
