No mate! I was saying that's whats bad about Internet poker when you flop the absolute nuts, which is so obvious try and maximise winnings and some absolute noob stays in on 1 out and flops on the river!

Really doesn't take long to learn mate, play on facebook or something for free to practise!

The basic gameplay is easy to grasp. If you watch your mates play for 5 minutes, you should understand it.

Provided you have the few braincells necessary to piece it together.
 
Used to play with the lads every week, not so often now but still love a good game.

Count me in if there's gonna be a base tournament.
 
Have a game every once in a while with my mates. Really enjoy the game. Would be up for a tourny :)
 
Does anyone know how we could go about setting up a tournament?
 
used to play quite religously, played Satelite tournaments for the All Africa Poker (3 Piggs Casino) i got to the last 3 once, the winner won the seat and all expenses paid trip there!

i have played many competitions and have won about 45% of them raking up a substantial amount of money!

i have played against Professionals on numerous occassions in these tournaments (these do not take place anymore though :()

played alot whilst in 6th form and uni but not so much now. can afford to gamble away my hard earned cash. I enjoy playing but not that great at it. i am too impatient.

Not sure to set it up on here you would more than likely need a gambling license which would mean that no-one under the age of 18 could play so higlhy unlikley that this site could even get someething like that considering the effort and money it would take to acquire the license and not even to mention the software and what have you
 
Barely play (Due to my friends being imbeciles) but like the game, an FM-Base tournament would be awesome.
 
Haven't played for a 4/5 months because all my mates weren't concentrating on A-levels :'( None of my flatmates at uni know how to play but I've joined the poker society lol :)
 
Can't we all just download and install PKR and play together on that? Or wouldn't that work?

never used pkr but its worth a shot, will give it a download when im back from work

It might but it will still be open to the whole online world on PKR and even if we say mange to get a table to ourselves PKR would be taking a cut of the money.
 
Can't you create private sessions/tables on some poker websites?
