Poli's poor ratings

i have a very big problem.i have signed andrea poli for juventus but he is not performing well enough.in fact he is my poorest player i ratings
any1 help me

Make sure he is in the right position and give him time to blend in to the team.

he is italian.he could easily blend into the squad

I have him in my Chelsea team, 3rd season, hes playing really well. Think I bought him in the 2nd season (not sure at all on this), but not had any problems with him performing. Played him in various roles too.

Hasn't done much for me 1st season with Arsenal, but he's only young and taking time to settle. Good backup for Fabs.

 

[Ben]

Perfect deep-lying playmaker but tweak his individual instructions to suit him even more
