Polish league-Wisla Krakow tactic

Hello, I turn to you with a request to provide me the best tactic for the Polish league. I run Wisla Krakow using tactics Gladiator V7, but it does not seem exam in previous games have used other tactics, but also seemed to anything. I have a degree of control on high. I warmly welcome! Do you have any more ideas? I play the latest patch, actually I played a season tactic given in this topic, but in 30 meetings, scored 12 victories, 12 draws and 6 defeats. Any advice? Thanks!
