A second thought, a good team could be that Belarus team with 20/20 training/youth facilities settup. You'd need to download the league of course because they're in the 2nd/3rd tier. Try establish them in the European competitions.

Think I have found my new team.........

They are in the bottom divison (3rd divison)
In a nation I have never managed in (a nation with a few really strong teams so should be a challenge)
They are in a financial crisis and I think have a transfer embargo

Will just have to update the country with the latest transfers lol

Thought of being Crewe Alexandra, Wolves or Sheffield United (surely they wont go down to League 2 IRL)

Trust me mate, i've been to every Sheffield United game this season home and away, and we're that bad, that there's every chance we'll go down to League 2!

And as for your new team, if it's Racing Santander then i'm managing them at the moment.. good challenge with the finances but they're not as poor in game as irl. I'm on course for 2 straight promotions with them
