So just over a year after Portsmouth came out of administration, the club is again facing a crisis. CSI, the company that own's Portsmouth has entered administration with it's owner currently on bail facing charges relating to Snoras Bank.

Lets discuss this because this kind of thing can't be allowed to carry on. The Football League has to be to blame here for the failure once again of their "fit and proper persons" test, doesn't it? If this carries on we are going to see football clubs go out of business through no fault of their own.

What do you guys think? Do you think that Portsmouth should receive a points deduction or not?

Here's the stories that relate to it.

feel sorry for Pompy, can't seem to get a decent owner. Even though Ken Bates is bad, he could be a lot worse

Not just the FA to blame. It looks like once again, the people who owned the club didn't investigate the bigger picture of who was taking over the club. Though I agree the fit and proper situation is a farce (which thankfully the government have stepped in to get it sorted), imo it's the responsibility of all parties to check out prospective owners. Hope this gets sorted. It's a sickness that is going to run rife before long.

I have nothing to say. Purely and simply unacceptable.
