im new to posting stories so here it goes.....

Pompy have announced a new manager in former irish international ciaran race. former manager avram grant saw his chance to leave pompey as things have got well and truley bad around the coast. new manager race has inherited a staggering transfer budget of £0 to ammm basically do nothing with his squad. the new manager has said in a press confrence that he would like to bring fluid flowing all out attack football to portsmouth.

after only 4 days into his manegrial career portsmouth have announced that a consortium including former footballer paul gascoine are intrested iont aking over the club which could offer up actual money for transfers to the new manager

after a pritty uneventfull pre season with no new signings and easy friendlies the portsmouth faitful have very little to look forward to ahead of there new season, the outgoing transfers were kanu for 1.1m to tottenham of all teams tommy smith on laon to valenica.

Good Effort

Arsenal 3-2 Portsmouth my portsmouth side done very very well and came back from one nil down to lead 2-1 with fifteen minutes to go until two set piece goals led to an unimpressive win for arsenal, kevin prince baoteng looks to be the teams talisman already scoring a goal and seting one up with some awesome footwork.
 
this match was completley uninspiring although my team did put a few good plays together especially belhadj and boateng. pritty bad start to the season but the only way is up:D
 
sign a few cheap players, you should try and sign Jorge Andrade on a free, in if 10.3 patch buy Yannick Djalo for 1 million
 
Five star pompey triumph, manager race recorded his first win of his career with an impressive 5-1 win over tranmere in the league cup, lets hope his side can carry this confidence on to their dismal league form

2 match win streak, undoubtly (thanks to spell check:D) avram grant will be in dispair as his old pompey side overcame league challengers man city comfortably. Races pompey side defeated man city 2-0 today with the two early goals being key acording to manager race.

Pompey start off with 0 budget and 100k over wage budget,pretty much impossible to sign anyone without offloading huge amount of players of which they lack already.

Good luck though! hopefully you get a decent takeover :)
 
after this match i got some rather anoying news the one transfer target tht agreed to join didnt get a work permit even though he does in every other game, still mroe to come dum dum dummmm

i then got told that if the takeover comes through il be relpaced as manager and theres nw a transfer embargo:@ but dw if i get replaced i shall ad a new manager who will loook suspiciuosly like me

bacroom troubles affecting perfomances? portsmouth had to battle to even get a draw in this match against fulham very unimpressive
 
If youn do well they probably will not sack you, they said that to me, and yet chose me over gareth southgate
 
go down fighting, once again portsmouth loose out to a late goal, race pinpointing a lack of concentrating leading to all of the points being dropped late on.
