Poor Squad Harmony

I am concerned that my Sporting CP team's harmony is going to ruin me. I am in the 3rd season now and I have won 5 trophies in the last two seasons including the Champion's League. however the squad harmony is really low and training is suffering. the one thing I don't get is that the morale isn't really low its okay, good and superb in some cases.

Does anybody know what is wrong?

Signing too many players at once and having lots of players who are unhappy on the transfer list (even if they aren't in the first team squad) are the usual culprits for poor squad harmony. Either or both of those true mate?

nearly everyone in the reserves is transfer listed.
