Okay so I'm Wrexham, in season one in September. One thing that is starting to frustrate me is that I can't go into a midweek game without half of my players being 75% fit.. it's annoying.

How can I improve stamina? Cheers

Small pitch size + slow tempo in gameplay. Also don't make your players clows down the opposition too much

Also make sure you rotate your squad, so a good squad size is needed.
