Popular managers that are not in FM15

Does anyone know any reputable managers that are not in FM15?

I'm struggling to start a save with myself starting out at big clubs as a tracksuit manager.

I think its very unrealistic that you can create a profile as yourself and start at lets say Real Madrid. It's not gonna happen. I also dont have the time to start at a conference team and work my way up..
