Hi I did a search on here about this. It said goto

C:\Program Files\Steam\SteamApps\common\football manager 2011\data\db\1100\edt

and then delete the bit about pompey but when I load up a new game I still have the embargo?? Now to view the file I clicked to view in notebook then saved it. What am I doing wrong?

Thanks in advance

You will have to do it again for what ever update you are running. So open the transfer_embargo.edt in:

C:\Program Files\Steam\SteamApps\common\football manager 2011\data\updates\update-1120\db\1120\edt

And delete the line
"TRANSFER_EMBARGO" "Portsmouth" "30/06/2010" "30/09/2010" "01/01/1900"
