Possession >:(

I play a 4-1-1-2-2 so i have no problem with space up the centre of the pitch and im also rifling in the crosses quite often but i have a huge problem with keeping possession.
I think that it may be the opposition instructions that i am setting.
All comments greatly needed and appreciated.

well its and attacking tactic so maybe change to a 4-2-4-2 and play slow tempo and you should get more possetion

Would be quite hard to play that formation What kind of goals are you conceding mate? Long shots? set pieces?

its not its just 4 defenders, 2 cm's, 2 wingers and 2 strikers

on the odd occasion i concede from set pieces and crosses

usually more close lines (check mentality) and slower tempo with more short passes will do, or check TTF
