id say ye he is good, but he isn't the best, think about people like gael clichy.

You've forgot Joe Mattock.... god how can you forget one of the best wonderkids on the game.

clichy is insane in my game, best left back in the world. player of the year in first season, averaged like 7.6 over the full season, and sagna is awesome on the right as well. signed monzon after 3 years and he is awesome as well, him and clichy are currently battling it out for left back cause clichy was out injured for a while and monzon was immense in his absense. traoure, the young arsenal left back is quality as well.

and a young guy from brazil, claudiney i think, not sure bout the spelling, he is going to be sensational. signed him after 2 years and he has everything!!
 
I also say Clichy. Works for me as I always play with Arsenal. Vargas is good, but I prefer Yury Zhirkov, even though the game will say he is an winger. But they cost money, and I like to keep it real Wenger style and look for good cheap youngsters: Eduardo from Botafogo. His states might not look good at first glance, and your scouts will give himm 3 stars, but he has got a nice spread. He'll cost you nothing more then 1,5mil the first season, and can play anywhere on the left and DM (which makes him a very good substitute). He'll turn to Wonderkid status after the first season and play for the Brazilian National Team. Play long enough with him (if you were not tempted to sell him for a heap of money) and he can turn to World -Class status. Happened to me 3 times before playing for more then 5 years at a time with Arsenal.
This makes him the cheapest wonderkid I ever found on the game.
 
i just asked my scout (jpa 20,jpp19)to scout mattock,taiwo,vargas....he said they are worthless...are scouts really dependable?or it might be(the three) they are shiite in my game...
 
well a scout in this game is somebody telling you to absolutly sign kaka and dos santos and telling you that senna won't make it in your team, then you look at stats and you can say he is wrong, but if he says a youngster is a good signing, I sign him anyway, doesn't matter I can loose a couple millions.
 
Joey mattock is **** mate god his stats are useless not conststant atall ... I dnt see wot all the obsession with mattock is pffftttt.. The game has no real decent left back sept cheillini which he even plays better as a centre back and varges his good.. Apart from tht noone really stands out, no one has tht has a balanced mentality for attacking and defending. Clichy his more attack minded, varged also chiellini most defencive id say monzon attack, the list goes on ... The key to a winning side is a strong defence.. Enough said
 
joe mattock or vargas probably best i've seen in the game or marcelo coz i love having attacking full-backs and ross wallace is a pretty good squadie too if ur in europe and need someone who can play in league matches prior to european nights but this rispoli guy is quite good though he could do with some pace and better crossing coz like i said i play attacking full backs

monzon does it for me. he's cheap and he's quality
 
Ive bought Mattock a few times and he was rubbish. Never developed and after 3 seasons Id end up selling him to a fairly average side.
