If your a student with a valid .ac.uk email address (University/College/Student account) you can get Windows7 for £30...Windows7>Tekken.

im taking a year off so its £50 for me. What real difference is there? maybe ill get it for christmas

Go to your desktop, and press the Print Screen button (Prt Sc) and then paste (Ctrl+V) into Paint (or another imaging program).

Save as a JPEG. Then upload as an attachment (manage attachment window in advanced reply).

just found this on the internet - try it!

If you're bored and live with a computer illiterate person, you might like to try this. It's great fun:

1. 'Print Screen' command from your desktop, then load Paint and press Edit > Paste. Save the file as anything you like.
2. Right-click on the desktop and go to 'Properties'.
3. Change the background, and 'Browse' for the Paint file you just saved. Select it as the new background.
4. Minimise the taskbar.
5. Right-click on the desktop and tick the checkbox marked 'Hide Desktop Icons'.
6. Leave the room with the computer still on ready for the person to use. They will try in vain to click the internet icon on the desktop, and nothing will happen. It's extremely funny!

Oh and on a macbook... the ultimate student laptop
