2 main frustrations...

USA in the final of the Gold Cup against Mexico, 3-3 after the second period of E.T. I click the "Play" button in the top right to watch the penalties, but instead of playing the penalties, it continues to my home page where I am told I lost 5-3 in extra time. I can tell you my laptop very nearly didn't survive then!!

And I signed Denis Alibec for my Port Vale side in the Championship, but he became homesick and I allowed him "Leave of Absence", so he was sent away for a month. However, despite being home in Romania, he became unhappy i wasn't selecting him for the matches (which was impossible to do) and requested a transfer. oO)
 
If I may join in this trail of vitriol ;)

only picked up the game last week so started as I always do leading my beloved Derby County (As I know most of the players) and learning the intricacies.

Top of the league and flying, beaten all the top teams around me and cruising to promotion.

Suddenly im playing 21st place Sheff Wed, who proceed to PLAY ME OFF THE SODDING PARK! this team has won about 7 games all season (38 gone) and have something silly negative gd and Hulse (19 goals) doesnt get a shot... you're not telling me somethings amiss there... Id moan more but when we did it to Forest on saturday irl it was the best thing ever lol

Ive just got Darlington from off rock bottom in season 2 to champions in season 3 on the last game of the season leap frogging wrexham and hartlepool from 3rd! position, (thats not the frustration obviously!!) on a 0% available for transfers and £10.000 per week wage budget! where i was over by £1.200 i thought things would be fine and dandy after the unlikely promotion!.

Now im in coca cola league 1, they have given me 0 again for transfers and a wage budget of 11.000 per week which im already over and whilst the whole squad has had a 25% promotion wage hike which is fixed into their contracts, my wage bill is £14.000, my squad is thin as it is and they wont give me dosh to renew contracts........IM GOING DOWN!:@:(

Vital match, must beat arch rivals to stop them getting a play-off place. Tearing my hair out literally. Wish I had a webcam
 
I'm getting a little frustrated with the dodgy Corner / Offside bug. I've lost count of the amount of times my team takes a corner kick to the far post, only for the opposition to volley or head out to the half-way line, where a lone striker waits, latches onto the ball, and runs half the pitch and shoots. It's not my formation (4-2-3-2) or my tactics. And I've never seen the player run from an onside position. Is this happening to everyone?
 
I Am Scotland Manager and i thought a had the easiest world cup group ever greece paraquay and nigeria
but it wasnt to be i got beat 0-4 of of Nigeria beat greece 3-0 and then was all over paraquay and got beat 1-0 finished bottom of the group and just kept my job
 
Managing Shamrock Rovers for two brilliant seasons, getting the Hibernian job and taking over the league for 3 seasons, getting my 'dream job' at Man Utd and sitting pretty at the top of the league in my first season there.
Then!!!

Something that is really beginning to really annoy me is the fans reactions to results after a game.
The comments on the match... fine, fair enough.
The general reaction... again, like it.
The criticising certain players i don't mind tbf, they should have their opinion!

Its when somehow the fans seem to know better than the manager by suggesting random players that play in the criticised players positions
I have took over ipswich from starting an unemployed game. Started in november with them bottom and way adrift now 1 point outside the play offs, losing once!
My team has been solid since taking over, and i lose 2-0 away for the first time in 12 games!
And apparently Ben Thatcher who has played one game all season, which was poor at best would have been better than the ever present Damien Delaney who has an average rating of 7.18.

Really irritates me :/
 
when you are playing a team and you are having all the chances, but you miss all of them, but when they get their first chance they score straight away. :@
 
Coach stealing

When a team approaches a coach and offers them a contract, if I want to keep them, which I generally do, I offer them an improved contract and they invariably extend their contract. This is not so much a problem until the approaching team then continues to try and sign each and every coach you have. They approach, you improve the contract, he re-signs. They approach another coach and the same happens over and over and over again. I have three teams trying to sign coaches and its ****** annoying
