I share your pain mate, last night FM lagged when I was typing in a name in the search bar and all it searched was the letter o so I had to wait 10 min for FM to unfreeze and finish loading. :@

All I can really suggest is upgrading your RAM, processors or free up some space on your c drive (if it's nearly full).
 
I'm sorry but when you're 1-0 down, last minute, and your player boots it out for a throw in whilst under no pressure whatsoever.
 
Lower league management

Nothing like finally get your team to the Euro cup, only to draw Atletico Madrid w/ Aguero in the 4th round...........I made it a respectable 5-3 aggregate.
 
When you spend the whole match trying to equalize, and when you finally do, the opposition just goes and scores straight back.

Also when you're struggling with your tactics and you finally the get the perfect player in the perfect position, and then he gets banned for 3 matches.

Not one striker outside of the top flight being able to finish a single chance.

Having said that I had Lukaku and Neymar for a combined £34.5 mil and between them in their first season they got a combined 19 goals? SO over-rated.

Yeah, but still.. He will stand outside the box and just hit a shot that will go straight into the corner of the net almost every time.

Another frustration, Milijas.

His long shots are actually impossible to defend.

Hassle him, and make him play onto the weaker foot.
 
anyone else get as annoyed as me at FM sometimes?

was managing Rangers, and felt i was doing quite well, won the treble in my first season and reached last 16 of the champions league!

along came the second season, made a few good signings Pedro(Barca), Joe Hart and Bojinov(Man City), was sitting pretty at the top of the league again at end of Dec, unbeaten i might add and had just been drawn against Man City in last 16 of champions league, only blip was losing to celtic in the league cup QF,

Liverpool offered me the chance to replace under fire Rafa Benitez, but i declined as i had also just signed a few good players in the jan window Busquets(Barca), Matic(Chelsea) and Djouro(Arsenal), and to be fair Liverpool were 13th in Prem and their finances were poor to say the least

Then on Jan 10th, Walter Zenga (yes i said Walter Zenga lol) declares that he wants to manage Rangers FC
3 DAYS LATER I GET SACKED!!!!

First season - took Newcastle up into Premiership with 124 points, winning League Cup too, thus getting into Europa League. This season I'm 31 games in, 4th in the Premiership, in the Europa League quarter finals and FA Cup semis, and now this:

not exactly a frustration, but hardly a success either.

edit: the date of that match is a palindrome :D
 
I don't get your frustration ?

Anyway I hate when my players become unsettled about something, then they "back down over transfer demand" and say they want to stay at the club, then it happens again, eventually they request to be transfer listed, i accept then they want to stay at the club.
Make up your mind!! Also when a star player joins my club next transfer window I get offers for him and, suddenly he wants to leave to a bigger club (a club 10 positions below me) or some bullcrap.
 
hi.. i manage peterborough united on 1013 and we finish 2'nd and we promote to EPL ... the next year.. we able to finish as champions on EPL 1 point diffrent from Chelsea but then.. after that... i unable to play on ECC... since i only got 1 home ground training... i cannot proceed the registration... i dont do major cheat... i dont edit database.. i score from corners.. and late goals.. i dont use my old squad.. i loan and sign free transfer player... hmm can anyone help ? since i love this team i build...
 
The game switches on you so easily, you could start off 1st, on good form all of a sudden one of your good players gets injured then all of a sudden the who teams form drop. I was first, now I've dropped to like 4th 10 points behind Man City >.<

Also to many late goals, I mean like what the ****. I'm beating Wigan comfortably 2-0 all of sudden 2-2. Last minutes from N'zogbia. I feel so hunted, kind of reminds me of what a couple of a weeks ago ;)
 
well were into 3 minutes of extra time here at home park where notts county have made a tremendous fight back to be winning 2-1, but oh.. wait a minute, the ref decides to play 6 minutes of added on time and plymouth equalise on 95:23, **** off ref:S!
why does this constantly happen?
 
I was one point out of the lead in the greek superleague with my small club. About 5 games left. I have a game coming up against a struggling team at my park. Just before the game 3 of my defense players are suspended or hurt...I lose 4-2 after being down 3-0.....

Meanwhile **** Panathanaikos keep winning, but I still have an outside shot.
