I feel your pain my friend, same happened to me but at villa park.
4-3, same result. they were beating me 2-0 pretty quickly and I came back to be winning 3-2 with 8 minutes to go, and the ******* beat me 4-3 in injury time. gutted, which brings me on to my own frustration.....

Arsenal, winning the title, 15 points clear of Man City in 2nd, about 32points clear of Fulham in third and Ipswich in 4th - I know, weird world right I'm managing in right! (chelsea in administration were docked 10 points two seasons ago and haven't recovered, finished 10th!)
anyway, within the last 10 or so games I kept dropping points and dropping points (like the villa game I told you about above) - and eventually it came down to the last three games of the season - Man City (CRUNCH GAME) at Emirates, (they'd knocked me out of the champs league quarters a month ago beating me 3-0 at eastlands and drawing 1-1 at emirates so obviously, I was a nervous wreck) - anyway i beat them 1-0 just about from a screamer from 30 yards in the first 15 minutes. then to win the title I just needed a point - I lost my next game to Hull (who finished 5th and I beat 5-0 earlier in the season), luckily for me man city drew 0-0 and I won the title before last game of the season when I smashed Bolton 4-0 to end on flourishing terms.
but still, what the ****!? 15 points for pretty much november til april then we collapsed.....
 
My second season in Champions Cup and I still cannot progress to the 1/16 finals. This years group is very hard - Chelsea, Galatasaray and Leverkusen. Oh right, and my main centre-back is wanted constantly for two seasons.
 
my worst frustration is when you are winning 3-0 against man city in the quarter final of the fa cup on fm handheld, and, bang, you're ipod battery runs out.
 
Just lost last Champions Cup game against Leverkusen away 2:0, with 24:3 chances in favour of the germans...it's like no matter what I do, I can't compete with mediocre teams in Europe
 
Transfer prices. Sergio Canales, value - £2,200,000, Real Madrid will be fair and accept an offer of around £45,000,000 though. Bargain!

there was some wonderkid I wanted a few years back who was valued at about £7m so I thought - I might aswell! - infact he was 'thought to be the next alan shearer' - and I think it was sporting Lisbon who thought they'd be fair and accept offers of around about £112,000,000.
safe to say... I did not bid. however sometimes in those situations you can offer your highest that you're willing to go and click 'non negotiable' and they back down and let you enter negotiations.
I signed a spanish world class 25 yr old established player called 'Xavier Garcia Gomez' who was valued at £25m so I offered £40m and they said they wanted about £100m - so I offered £40m again with non-negotiable and BAM! got my man. some teams need the money and will play to that to get more out of you but haggle away my friend. it works. it's realistic like that sometimes.

oh and another frustration, I have alot of world class players, and Man City will NOT STOP releasing comments and making bids and enquiries, they're my direct league rival, as Arsenal, we're always juggling the title between us.... but it's not just one of my players, it's about 7. god! go away!!
roberto donadoni has been their manager for years and he will just NOT die!
 
I has a match against fleetwood, both of us in BSPand i'm managing Chelmsford.

I'm doing decently, in 7th or soemthing and Fleetwood is bottom of the elague. Go into the match and my team dominated. In the end i had 70% posssesion 5 clear cut chances and about 30 shots on goal. They ahd three and no clear clut chances. I lost 3-1, i was raging and all three were longshots and for one of them my league 2 quality keeper ran the wrong way and my midfielder was blamed for the goal ?
 
Penultimate league game, Arsenal vs Manchester United. I went down in about 3rd min from a goal kick, Ferdinand stood there, ball bounced over him, Van Persie slots it in. Ok, once in a while that happens. So when I score a well worked goal in about the 75th min or something I'm loving it. I'd settle for a draw at this point. Ferdinand recovered well, had a good rest of game UNTIL HE DOES THE EXACT SAME THING IN THE 89th MIN THAT LED TO THE FIRST GOAL. What a piece of **** cheese.
 
Won the EPL with Liverpool in my 1st season and I've just begun the 2nd. But now, almost every other club in the league wants my staff. West Ham, Birmingham, Tottenham, etc have all stolen my staff, and now I'm left with only 1 coach for the whole team(not just the first squad) and it's severely hard to find equal replacements. There should be a system for signing coaching staff which is similar to the players in the sense that, the manager can decide whether they can approach the staff or not.

But my biggest gripe is with Man City(led by Benitez), as they won't stop pestering me about Davide Santon who I have zero desire to sell, and have told them so time and again. **** you, Rafa, and your unlimited supply of cash from Man City. It's unsettling my player.
 
This is the most frustrating game i have ever played, so much so i am thinking of just giving up.

I started a practice season with man city just to get used to it and finished 5th then got sacked do i then started a new season with fulham and was sacked for being in the bottom 3 after 34 games, the next season i took the west brom job and went with jp woody's germany style formation.

Everything started brilliant 9 games unbeaten 1 draw including a win away from home against prem team blackburn but now i cant win for ****. Havent won in 5 games some hard games like against arsenal in the cup which is understandable others against teams i should be beating.

Think i am ready for throwing this game in the trash:S

ive encountered similar problems as well. for the staff problem, just renew their contracts when other clubs attempt to steal them (give them nice $$) and they will stay.

for the 2nd, im not very sure how you can stop them disturbing you. maybe you'd like to offer santon a contract or set a 200m asking price for him

DON'T set a high asking price for him! The player will, if he wants to move, become mad at you and will have a very poor motivation in matches :/

League cup 3 round drawings.
I (Chelsea) am one of four teams left to be drawn.
There's two L2 and one L1 club and im extremely happy! I get one of the L2 clubs! YES!

... my computer crashes, and when i get it to work, opens fm, and get to the drawings again, i get Arsenal !!!! :P

Arrrggghhhh!! For **** sake! So annoying! Lost 6-1 to real madrid then lost 4-3 to bolton in fa cup final with man city who i beat 2 games before in the league 3-0!!!!!!!!! :'(
 
goalkeepers scoring

I'm playing Hereford in Premier 2015/2016 season, we played Stoke at home (yes Hereford are in the Prem., thanks to my stunning ability at the game !-LOL! :)) Bergovic takes a free kick just outside his penalty area, lumps the ball forward and my goalkeeper gazes towards the heavens as the ball sails over his head into the goal !! . I have been playing FM since 2002, and must have played hundreds of games and never, ever have I seen a goalkeeper score (apart from penalties of course), either for or against me. I was not a happy bunny :@, and we lost 2-1 which made it even worse. Anyone else experienced this strange goalkeeping phenomenon ?

Haven't got many frustrations in the game, mainly work permits, other teams signing staff..

I made an enquiry for Joe Hart during the first season on 10.0 and City wanted £20m, i decided to test them, and offered £5m, and to my surprise they accepted and he joined me after the first season ended! Also, your sig says you bought "Xavier Garcia Gomez" for £50m + p/ex...

Man City do that to me as well, but so long as your doing well enough your players shouldn't pay any attention, if they do, slap a £200m price tag on them and City should shut the **** up.
 
The most memorable has to be trying to find a good left back, I kept trying players who did a decent job but never really excelled, while Alves bombed down the right and works magic (somehow he ends up getting into the box in cup finals in the last ten mins when you most need him), so decided since I buy cheap youth and sell my establishd players who weren't that exciting then I'd use the proceeds on Lahm..... Offered 30m, they told me to shove it and said nothing less than 127m would do

Thought about telling them to shove it, but Lahm and Alves together would be a superb combination and I though I would be walking around with a quadruple at the end of the season with a wingback combination like that to! Signed him on ridiculous wages for 118m I think, did the annoying press conference where I stated he'd be the best thing since sliced bread for the team, and at the start of the following week he got a cruciate ligament injury ruling him out for 4 months.

Bah.
