Started off managing Bristol Rovers in Npower 2, got a job at Burnley, got promoted and got the double winning two cups Which meant euro qualification and promotion.
Halfway through second season get a job at Chelsea.
Thats it so far xD
Think thats pretty good for 1 and a half season's, from npower league 2 to top prem team!
Won the Champions League in my first season with Borussia Dortmund
Unfortunately my league performances suffered and i finished 20 points behind champions Bayern but oh well
I made Lallana a England International. Seems small, but I finished 5th with Southampton in my second season and Lallana is a English International. I'm pretty proud of that...
After 18 losses in a row newly promoted Vfl Bochum defeated Borussia Dortmund 2-0, making them lose the title and saving my team from direct relegation. View attachment 215685
The main suprise here was winning it in 2013 i was still building a squad of youngsters and they managed to beat a full strength Madrid which i totally expected to loose we beat them 2-0. The dissapointment was when i lost in 2015 after a solid campaign. I also got ripped off by the Toulon Tournament that took 2 of my best youngsters (Niang and Nangis under 21 bullshit) and made them miss the 2015 final against Man Utd which we lost 2 - 1
I also won Carling Cup and UCL this season.
Sadly, my only defeat in the whole season was in FA Cup quarter-Finals, 1-0 to Bolton, so the quadruple wasn't this time (if ever it's gonna be)
As I've now completed my story-As Swansea City, won promotion to the Prem, beat Everton in the FA Cup Final (after beating Newcastle Utd, and Man City and Man Utd along the way) therefore getting Europa league football. And all in my first season in charge with automatic experience. Who needs FMRTE?
Just won the poor man's quadruple with Rennes in the first season - won the league on GD after losing the final game against a relegated team because Marseille couldn't beat 10 man Sochaux.
After years of keeping a tight wage bill, buying cheap players for my first team, consistent CL appearances, finally got a new stadium built for Villarreal in 2015.
