I took India to the WC. My first game in FM and it's a long time back so I don't have screenies. But it isn't hard if you get good regens. I got two amazing regen strikers who played for Barca and Ajax. :)

Egypt are on their way to doing that on my save. 4 regens with 190PA+, 2 play for Madrid, 1 plays for Leverkusen and the other is linked with a summer move to AC Milan.
 
Finally got a tactic to work using two advanced playmakers, and two poachers, waiting for full season before posting it on here, very happy with results:
 
In my first season with Wolves got 4th. My only signing was Salvatore Bochetti. Had a sensational record against the top 5, I think I did the double over Chelsea, Man City and Spurs. Beat United at some stage as well can't remember if it was H/A. Second season came 5th, third season won the league thanks to Salomon Rondon and Nicolas Gaitan.
 
I took over Belgium at the start of the game and got them to the Euro 2012 final which I lost to Germany, then to the Quarter-Final of the World Cup which I lost to Brazil. When I started the game, they were ranked 25th in the world and when I resigned in 2014, this was the World Rankings:

I'm in the first season with Osasuna and I'm currently fighting for the cl places with Real Sociedad, Atletico and Real. Barça is already far away. With one game less than the other teams and some easy fixtures ahead of me I might get the chance to play in the cl next season

Season 1: swansea won pl and fa cup
Season 2: koln won bl, dfb and cl
Season 3: bayern won bl, dfb and cl(only just)

I have emulated Graham Wesltley and beaten Newcastle at the Lamex!!! May have been an own-goal that won us the game but we still played brilliant especially in defence and I am delighted with my team!
 
Decent game against Man City after going down to an Aguero screamer in the first minute...

(I know I am Bayern, so should be ******** all over the league, which I am, just thought the City result was pretty sexy considering they normally rape me whenever I play as a Prem team.)

I know its not fm12, but one time i think on fm 08 i was with HJK of finland and after years winning the league i won the Euro Cup (europa league) and they said that they had made a statue of me infront of their stadium lol
