Posted pictures not showing

I'm trying to post a manager story but a couple of the picture won't show up. Instead they just show as attachment 554848584 and when you click on the link it takes you to a dead end.
I tried uploading them as png or jpeg but both seem to cause this problem.
I know this isn't directly fm based but any help would be appreciated

Very bottom of the thread lists there is a mod thread ask in there, i'm pretty sure this has cropped up before
