I know the potential system of -9 -10, but is their something i can download that will show me the players potential for mac? much appreciated.

google FMRTE Football manager, I dont remember what the name is exactly but I think it also works for mac

FMRTE or GenieScout's mac assistant (MacAssistant RT for FM13 - Exclusive) - but none of them are out yet.
I'm pretty sure you can use the in-game editor too...
