You mean the team talk? No its still there but you can go a little more in depth plus you can see their reactions straight away

I think they have yeah. The bit where they tell you what the other team are weak against right? I think you have to go into the Team Report on them and try and work it out yourself this year (I cant see any way of finding your staffs suggestions)
