Pre-season bonus bug

I'm on my 2nd season with Chelsea and am at the part where you input your squad bonuses for the league/cups etc. Every time I go to confirm it it crashes. Is there a fix for it?

Holiday past it. You won't be able to pick the bonus' but you'll avoid the crash.
