Pre-Season Help: Team Cohesion, Fitness, or Tactics?

I just started a new season. Made alot of sign ups for the first team. Which one is better for my pre-season training? Should I focus on Team Cohesion, Fitness, or Tactics?
 
with signing alload of new players while in pre-season id do team cohension then either of the later 2
 
Focus on team cohesion if you have a number of new signings.

Also, arrange home friendlies every 3 days, untick 'allow rest before match' & match training on focus on tactics. Play at home to avoid unnecessary traveling.

Careful setting fitness on 'Very High', as injuries will start happening. My players normally get their fitness with the congested fixtures of friendlies.
 
tactics i usually do till i get them on full then team cohesion when season starts then change to attacking around november
