Pre set tactics

So as the title suggests I want to know people's experiences with the pre set tactics. Do many of you guys just pick a pre set and just change the roles and make tweaks during games or just make a whole new one?

Yeah, I've had relatively decent success that way. I tend to start with the basic tactic and just make whatever changes to the roles and duties are necessary to fit my players, then just add or subtract team/player instructions as needed.

Have a couple of tactics in my slots at the moment - one built from scratch, and one a modification of the pre-set.
